 Hello,
Just a short note of recognition for the superb job JB Recovery did yesterday  (Monday) in rescuing us (very expeditiously) from breakdown and transporting us  home to Malham. Three people from your business attended us and all behaved in a  very professional and affable way. The stress of the breakdown evaporated fairly  quickly upon contact with such a competent crew.

 I just wanted to say what a very professional service Jon and his son David  deliver, they certainly know what they are doing. After the ground gave way under my first excavator and was being sucked  down I then tried to retrieve it with my other excavator only for the same to  happen yet again, due to time was of the essence I rang these guys and they came  out straight away and retrieved both machines within a short period of time .  Highly recommend. - Febuary 2020

Call out via Nationwide Flex direct service on Friday 6th March. Arrived within the hour  Jct 16 M6 A500 layby to at  13.45, unfortunately didn't get the repair man's name. Excellent service, spotted the problem and fixed it getting us back on the road within 30 mins. Thank you.

Kayl -  Service was arranged by my breakdown cover. I've just finished a night shift and my car wasn't functioning (worst nightmare after a 12 hour night shift!). The lovely chap who came out, so sorry forgot his name, was so quick to respond to my callout amazingly quick actually!
He got my car running for me immediately and gave me advice.

 My car wouldn’t start and within half an hour Tom from Jon Beech had arrived to  save the day! The customer service I received from Jon Beech was outstanding!  Very professional, I am very impressed, Thank You 

Broken down a few miles south of stoke when my clutch had gone on my car, it just so happened this was also my birthday!! I was given an eta of around an hour however my recovery turned up just 20 mins later! My “rescuer” was a lovely man called Darren Appleton and he couldn’t have been more helpful, chatty and just an all round lovely guy! Took me all the way home to Liverpool on a Sunday afternoon. Hope he gets recognised for this, I know he was “just doing his job” but honestly he made an unfortunate event on my birthday a lot better! Excellent and friendly service. Our car broke down and after the initial diagnosis (by Jon himself - top bloke and really helpful) of a broken clutch the  recovery vehicle came out  very quickly to get us home (Malvern, about an hour and a half away). David the driver was brilliant and could not have been more helpful. Top service all round.

It wasn't long until they arrived and my car was taken to my mechanic. 5 out of 5 star service. The chap who recovered it (unfortunately I don't know his name) was friendly, efficient and professional & from all of the occasions when I have broken down (which there have been many) this was surely the best handling of a situation I have experienced. 👍 Top service.
